Refund policy
Woofy Wears items are fully customized to you and your pet, and so long as we have not commenced production of your order we are more than happy to make changes for you, or cancel & refund your order. We cannot change, cancel or refund your order once production of your order has started so please contact us no later than 3 hours after you placed your order to ensure we can meet your request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Since your Woofy Wears order is a personalized item, we cannot accept change of mind returns (i.e. any return for any reason outside of a defective or damaged item) or exchanges. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve processed any eligible refund. When this happens, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
