Top Dog Club is the Woofy Wears rewards program. It's free to join. You earn Treats when you shop and take part, then swap them for discounts. These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Joining

Anyone can join by creating an account on woofywears.com.au. You need to be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's permission. One account per person.

2. Earning Treats

• Shopping: 3 Treats for every $1 you spend on products. Shipping and taxes don't earn Treats, and Treats are calculated after any discounts.
• Joining: 150 Treats when you create your account.
• Following us on Instagram: 75 Treats, once per account.
• Your birthday: 150 Treats each year. Add your birthday at least one month ahead, or your Treats will start the following year.

If an order is refunded, cancelled or returned, we'll remove the Treats it earned. If you've already spent them, we may take the difference from your balance.

Treats don't currently expire. If that ever changes, we'll give you plenty of notice and a fair chance to use them.

3. Redeeming Treats

150 Treats: $5 off
350 Treats: $12 off
700 Treats: $25 off
1,200 Treats: $50 off
1,500 Treats: Top Dog Tier, 10% off any order

Choose a reward in the Top Dog Club panel and you'll get a single-use discount code to enter at checkout.

• You can use one reward per order. Rewards can't be combined with other discount codes or promotions, including Breeder Trade Program discounts.
• Rewards apply to the products in your order, not shipping, and can't take the product total below $0.
• Treats and rewards are personal to you. They can't be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash, and they have no cash value.
• If a reward doesn't work the way it should, email us and we'll sort it out.

4. Referrals

Share your referral link with a friend. They get $5 off their first order, and you get 150 Treats once their first order is placed.

• Your friend must be a new customer with no previous order, and their discount only works on their own account.
• You can't refer yourself or accounts you control.
• The friend's discount can't be combined with other discounts.
• If your friend's first order is refunded or cancelled, we'll remove the Treats it earned you.

5. Keeping it fair

We want Top Dog Club to be generous and easy. Using multiple accounts, fake referrals or exploiting a system error to collect Treats isn't allowed, and we may cancel Treats or rewards and remove members from the program if it happens. If we do, we'll tell you why. If it looks like an honest mistake, we'll talk to you first.

6. Your information

To run the program we use your name, email, birthday (if you add one), and your order and Treat activity. Some of this is handled by our loyalty program provider, Smile.io. You'll get emails about your Treats and rewards, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

7. Program changes and ending

We may change how Treats are earned, the rewards on offer or these terms, or end the program. If a change makes the program less generous, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice on this page and by email, and you'll have that time to use your Treats. You can close your account at any time if you don't agree with a change. If the program ends, you'll have at least 30 days to use the Treats you've already earned.

8. General

Our standard shipping, refund and quality guarantee policies apply to all orders. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
