Whether your pet prefers the cozy indoor life, or lives for backyard adventure, we guarantee that our tags won't split, crack or wear through within twelve months of purchase.
We also know how vital your pet's information is for their safety. We promise that any engraving we make will remain legible for at least twelve months from the date of purchase.
Quality Guarantee
If your tag splits, cracks, wears through or does not remain legible within the first twelve months, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
Terms & Conditions
This guarantee applies exclusively to our brushed brass, brushed copper, brushed cupronickel and brushed stainless steel tags. It does not apply to included split rings. Normal wear and tear, such as surface scratches, light engraving wear, and surface tarnish or patina are not covered as they do not affect the functionality or legibility of the tag.
If your brass, copper or cupronickel tag is looking a little dirty as a result of doggy adventures, we recommend cleaning it with a suitable brush and metal polish, then buffing with a jeweler's cloth. Our brushed stainless steel tags only need soap and water.
Damage caused by misuse, alteration or exposure to harsh chemicals is not covered under this guarantee.
